Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using PesoPilot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to free users, registered users, and premium users.

What PesoPilot is

PesoPilot is an educational investment strategy simulator and research companion built for Philippine money decisions. It helps users model scenarios, compare assumptions, read finance news in plain language, and organize possible next steps.

• PesoPilot is not a bank, broker, insurance company, investment house, virtual asset service provider, financial adviser, tax adviser, or law firm.
• PesoPilot does not custody funds, accept deposits, execute trades, issue insurance policies, or guarantee product availability.
• Outputs are based on user inputs, available public information, app assumptions, and AI-powered or rules-based interpretation layers.

Educational use only

The app provides educational information, projections, simulations, risk explanations, and planning prompts. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, or crypto advice.

• Do not rely on PesoPilot as the sole basis for buying, selling, holding, cancelling, redeeming, or funding any product.
• Before major financial decisions, consult a properly licensed professional who understands your full financial situation.
• Always verify rates, fund performance, fees, licenses, tax treatment, withdrawal terms, and policy rules directly with the official provider or regulator.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Use accurate information and do not share your login details with others.

• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user account, scrape private data, or interfere with the app.
• We may restrict or suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Premium features and payments

Premium features may include deeper scenario analysis, goal probability, advanced strategy briefs, net-worth levers, career planning suggestions, holdings monitoring, premium insights, and expanded reports. Feature availability may change as PesoPilot improves.

• Prices, billing cycles, payment methods, and promotional terms are shown in the app or payment flow when available.
• Premium access may depend on successful payment verification and account status.
• Unless required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees paid for access to digital features may be non-refundable once access is granted.

News, AI insights, and third-party sources

PesoPilot may summarize or explain news, official updates, third-party articles, public RSS feeds, and market information. AI-powered insights are designed to make information easier to understand, but they may still be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

• Headlines are not buy, sell, subscribe, redeem, or cancellation signals.
• Third-party links and source pages belong to their respective owners and may change without notice.
• You should read the original source before acting, especially for rates, policies, crypto, insurance, taxes, and investment offers.

User inputs and simulations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including capital, contributions, goals, time horizon, risk profile, income, career assumptions, insurance details, holdings, average cost, stock symbols, and crypto exposure.

• Incorrect or incomplete inputs can produce misleading projections.
• Simulated results do not represent actual future returns.
• Past rates, dividends, yields, fund returns, or crypto prices do not guarantee future results.

Intellectual property and trademark

PesoPilot™, the product experience, design, copy, app logic, reports, and branding are owned by or licensed to ZenForge Technologies, except for third-party content, logos, data, and links that belong to their respective owners.

• You may use PesoPilot for personal research and planning.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misrepresent, or commercially exploit the app without written permission.
• You may not use the PesoPilot or ZenForge Technologies name in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written approval.

Availability and changes

PesoPilot may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may change features, assumptions, rates, sources, plans, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Philippine law, ZenForge Technologies and PesoPilot are not liable for losses arising from investment decisions, market movements, incorrect user inputs, third-party information, service interruptions, unauthorized account access, or reliance on educational outputs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer, privacy, and financial-services protections that may apply.
