Request deletion of your PesoPilot data.
This page explains how users can ask ZenForge Technologies to delete or anonymize PesoPilot account data, including data connected through Google or Facebook login.
These pages are written to help Filipino users understand the product, data use, and investment risks. They are not a substitute for legal advice tailored to ZenForge Technologies or any regulated financial activity.
How to request deletion
You may request deletion of your PesoPilot account information and personal data by sending a request from the email address linked to your PesoPilot account.
- Email rosadelreyes10@gmail.com with the subject line: PesoPilot Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for your PesoPilot account.
- If you used Google or Facebook login, send the request from the same email address connected to that login.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account records that are no longer needed to operate the service or comply with legitimate legal, security, audit, or dispute requirements.
- Account profile details such as name, email, language preference, and saved settings.
- Saved simulations, portfolio or holdings entries, learning progress, poll activity connected to the account, and premium account records where deletion is legally allowed.
- Locally stored browser data may remain on your own device until you clear browser storage or uninstall the app.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period when needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security logs, payment verification, backups, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period after receipt and verification. Complex requests may take longer if identity verification, payment history, security review, or legal retention checks are required.
Facebook login users
If you connected to PesoPilot through Facebook Login, you may also remove PesoPilot from your Facebook account settings. This stops future access, but you should still send a deletion request if you want PesoPilot account data deleted from our systems.
